STAR+PLUS is a Medicaid program for people with disabilities.The program is for eligible people 18 and over in selected counties.
Evercare Integrated Care Management (ICM) Texas
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and Evercare have agreed to end a contract for the state's Integrated Care Management (ICM) program. People now covered by ICM will begin receiving services through other existing Medicaid programs on June 1, 2009.
