How to Enroll in Evercare QExA

Evercare QExA is one of two QExA plans offered in Hawaii. Evercare QExA is available to residents of the islands of Hawaii, Oahu, Kauai and Maui.

To enroll in Evercare QExA or to find out if you are eligible for this plan, call toll-free to speak with an Enrollment Counselor. Help is available at no charge in Ilocano, Chinese, Korean and Tagalog. Enrollment Counselors can:

• Answer your questions and help you choose your health plan over the phone.
• Arrange an appointment to meet with you at a place in your community to help you choose your health plan.
• Find a community meeting where you can learn more and choose your health plan.
