Caregiver Health

Family caregivers are essential to the health of our members – they are an integral part of the health care team led by our Nurse Practitioners and Care Managers. By raising awareness for the health risks that the nation's 44 million caregivers^A can face, Evercare hopes to help caregivers stay healthy so they can continue to care for the ones they love. Alzheimer's Association

Affecting 5 million Americans^B, many of our members are impacted by Alzheimer's disease. Evercare is teaming with the Alzheimer's Association to build awareness and advance research and funding in the fight against this disease. Learn more
